Introducing Delaware Sports Medicine's new membership program!
Our membership includes:
- Exercise program: including access to our training app with an exercise program based on your personal goals and current/past injuries
o Designed and overseen by a team of experts in the field of sports medicine, athletic training, and exercise physiology. In addition, our team has advanced certifications including: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, OnBaseU Pitching, and Titleist Performance Institute Level-2.
- Priority appointments: Same day appointment if provider is in office
- 1 free recovery/performance services per quarter, plus 10% discount on all additional recovery treatments
- Subject to availability:
o Discounted rates and special services at Healthy You Nutrition
o Discounted rates and special services at two local PT clinics
- Omega Project Physical Therapy
- TopTier Physical Therapy
Pricing and how to sign up:
- If you are interested in joining you can do so in person at either of our locations or through our member website. Let us know at your next appointment or feel free to call any time during our office hours.
- The joining process is very simple: visit our member website, click on " Step 1, Free customized Program Consultation", you will then receive an introductory email with information on how to download our member app and get started! We will work with you through a combination of questionnaires and consultations to determine the best exercise program for you and your goals. Our membership program starts at $229 for 3 months.
